Chair Yoga & Mindfulness is an ideal class for both Adults & Children. In this class the chair not only replaces your yoga mat, but yoga poses are performed while sitting in a chair. The chair also becomes a prop used to offer stability and support, while performing various yoga poses. Participants also learn meditation, mindfulness, breathing and relaxation techniques. This class is suitable for all ages, fitness levels and physical conditions.
