Come Flow with Char

Also referred to as Vinyasa Yoga. This class draws on traditional elements of Ashtanga, Hatha, Iyengar, Kundalini and Pranayama (breathwork). Sequenced to move like a well choreographed dance, using a combination of Asanas (yoga poses) that build strength and endurance, improve balance, increase flexibility and reduce stress; while mindfully synchronizing breath with movement.  Vinyasa Flow classes are taught in both heated rooms (105-degree temps) and neutral rooms (approximately 72-degrees) All Levels
