Join Char for 60 minutes of Yin + Meditation + Live Guitar! Bring this beautiful guided spacious yoga practice into the comfort of your home via your device of choice. Yin yoga is a non-flow, floor-based yoga practice designed to relax targeted muscles, strengthen, lengthen, and hydrate the deeper connective tissues responsible for mobility and flexibility; such as the fascia, ligaments, tendons, joints and bones. Release stored tension from the body and settle emotional, mental and physical discomfort relating to shelter-in-place living. Improve physical and mental flexibility, while building inner stamina and mental endurance with a complementary meditation and intertwined mindfulness practice. Be sure to block off this special time to nurture yourself. Open to all-levels. No experience necessary.

Blankets (or) towels
Bolsters (or) pillows: soft/firm (or) rolled towels
Blocks (or) tightly rolled & tied towels (or) large soup cans
Anything you'd think will be useful + extra layers for Savasana
