I was one of the Season 12 presenters for Yoga Reaches Out in 2023, where I presented alongside five incredible teachers—an event filled with palpable energies of joy, love, and community. I was honored to be the first sound healer at this epic gathering, guiding and lulling over 850 attendees through grounding poses and a Crystal Bowl Meditation/Sound Bath. As we embark on Season 13 with new presenters and the continued goal of supporting sick children and their families, I hold these cherished memories near and dear as I continue my fundraising efforts.
